Blizz WTFPWNs Glider in Court

Okay, I faxed this over to the NotAddicted Legal Department this morning, waiting for our elite swat team of attorneys-in-suspenders to take the rulings apart and offer witty insight into the American Judicial System. Somehow drawing a correlation between Glider’s parent company MDY (a.k.a “Roe”), and Blizzard’s Legal Department (a.k.a “Wade”), and then putting a Pro-Life / Anti-Apartheid spin on all of it is just out of my reach. Honestly, I’m not even sure who won Roe v. Wade, and whether I labeled the winning and losing companies correctly in my little example there, I just know that lawyer shit gets the ladies all hot and bothered, and I aim to please.
Anyway, this whole case has dragged on and on, and people all over the internet are terribly excited for it to go one way or the other for various reasons. It has been argued that this case will be the foundation for every internet legal case from now until the end of time, and will further influence rulings based on whether or not making a “copy” of the game in your system’s RAM amounts to piracy or not. The whole situation is all pretty ridiculous. I’m pretty sure people will continue botting, buying and selling gold “IRL”, and downloading A Night in Paris Hilton via bittorent the same today as they did yesterday and the day before. But thank god those lawyers all got paid. Amen to the justice system.
